The building closure comprises a blind frame (1), a closure part held movable in the frame, and a pair of contacts, which are interconnected with an electric circuit comprising a power supply terminal and a signal transmitter. The electric circuit is formed between the frame and the closure part. The pair of contacts comprises strip conductors (5, 6) running parallel to each other. Each of the conductors comprises an insulant trajectory and is arranged in a wing. The insulant trajectory is designed as a powder coating or as an encapsulation of the conductor.
