[origin: WO2012084167A1] The invention relates to a card switch having a rocker switch, which comprises a rocker which can pivot about a first horizontal axis between an ON and an OFF position, and having an actuating assembly having a single-armed switching lever which can be actuated by means of a key card which at least partially overlaps the rocker. According to the invention, in the OFF position the rocker is oriented in such a way that a section of the rocker located above the first horizontal axis forms an overhang in relation to the section of the rocker located below the first horizontal axis. The switching lever is fastened to the actuating assembly above the first horizontal axis and touches the rocker at least in the OFF position thereof above the first horizontal axis.
