[origin: EP2633922A1] The device has an inlet conduit (38) that conducts primary fluid controlling temperature of secondary fluid to heat exchanger (44). The fluid passing through exchanger and flow line (40) is adjusted by control unit (58). The inlet conduit and outlet conduit (46) are selectively closed and opened, and resources necessary for operation of conduits are regulated by valve unit. The valve unit is made in closed position in absence of equipment. The resources for the valve unit are locked by a safety element (62) of safety unit (64) which interrupts flow of primary fluid to exchanger. An independent claim is included for a system for treating object.
