Abstract (en)

The method involves removing a film (2) for a head lid from a supply roller (4) and supplying the film to a forming station (10) for the head lid. A film (3) for producing a capsule shell is removed from another supply roller (5) and supplied into the forming station for the capsule shell such that the latter film is formed into the capsule shell. The capsule shell and the head lid are joined to a finished capsule. One of the films is removed without printing, and printed and shaped during supplying to the forming station in a printing station (11) e.g. inkjet print station and inkjet printer. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing capsules.

Ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kapseln mit einem Kapselmantel und einem Kopfdeckel, mit welchen Kapseln Mündungen von Flaschen und deren Verschluss in Gebrauchsstellung umschlossen werden, wobei eine Folie (2) für den Kopfdeckel von einer Vorratsrolle (4) abgezogen und einer Formstation (10) zugeführt und zu dem Kopfdeckel geformt wird und wobei von einer zweiten Vorratsrolle (5) eine Folie (3) zur Herstellung des Kapselmantels abgezogen, einer Formstation (10) zugeführt und zu dem Kapselmantel geformt wird und dann der Kapselmantel und der Kopfdeckel zu der fertigen Kapsel vereinigt werden, sieht vor, dass wenigstens eine der Folien (2,3) von ihrer jeweiligen Vorratsrolle (4,5) unbedruckt abgezogen, während ihres Vorschubes zu der Formstation (10) in einer Druckstation (11) bedruckt und danach geformt wird. Eine Vorrichtung (1), die die Durchführung des Verfahrens ermöglicht, weist zwischen einer Abrollhalterung (6,7) wenigstens einer der Vorratsrollen (4,5) und der Formstation (10) die Druckstation (11) zum Bedrucken der Folie (2,3) auf ( Fig. 1 ).
