[origin: EP2634501A1] The device (1) has inner conduit openings (110) extended towards outer conduit openings (120) such that no direct link is present between the conduit openings. A spine element (1210) of outer channel wall segments (121) of the outer conduit openings lies opposite to a spine element (1110) of inner channel wall segments (111) of the inner conduit openings. Mutually facing wing elements (1111, 1211) of the inner and outer conduit openings are overlapped with each other. The wing elements define a separate channel or gap (100) or provided with perforations (10) that are connected with each other.
