[origin: EP2634514A2] The device has a base element (5a) that is integrally connected with a wall panel (5) and is installed on floor (2). A moisture barrier (16) is arranged on bottom portion and is provided with an edge section (17) guided upwards along the base element. The floor coverings (18,25) are arranged on the moisture barrier. The height of the base element in vertical direction is larger than the sum of thickness of the moisture barrier and thickness of the floor coverings. The distance between the wall panel and base element is larger than the thickness of the moisture barrier. An independent claim is included for method for sealing between wall and floor in insulation space.
