[origin: WO2012059273A1] The invention relates to a nonwoven web laying device for forming a nonwoven fabric from a plurality of pile layers, consisting of a continuously revolving infeed belt, a counter belt continuously revolving in the opposite direction at the same speed, wherein the infeed and counter belts are guided by two adjacent laying rollers forming a laying gap, wherein said laying rollers are arranged in a laying carriage, which effects a pile deposit and is movably mounted above and transversely to the direction of conveyance of a depositing conveyor receiving the nonwoven fabric to be laid and which runs back and forth periodically, and the infeed and counter belts and the laying carriage can be controlled independently of each other via allocated drives. According to the invention, an apparatus(AK, SE) is provided by means of which an air current (LZ) can be supplied to the pile (F) after the pile leaves the laying gap (LS), said air current penetrating the pile and being directed toward the depositing conveyor (AB).
