Abstract (en)
The method involves applying at least portions of the to-be-printed decoration (8) to the circumferential face (F) of the pressure roller (4) through an inkjet printer (5). The decoration is transferred from the circumferential face of pressure roller to the surface of workpiece (1) such as a wood material plate, in particular a medium density fiberboard (MDF) or high density fiberboard (HDF), followed by the rolling of the pressure roller.

Ein Verfahren zum Bedrucken der Oberfläche eines Werkstücks (1) mit einem Dekor (8) mittels mindestens einer eine elastische Umfangsfläche (F) aufweisenden Druckwalze, bei dem zumindest Teile des aufzudruckenden Dekors (8) mittels eines Inkjet-Druckers (5) auf die Umfangsfläche (F) der Druckwalze (4) aufgetragen und anschließend durch Abrollen der Druckwalze (4) von dieser auf die Oberfläche des Werkstücks (1) übertragen werden, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das Werkstück (1) eine Holzwerkstoffplatte, insbesondere eine MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) oder HDF (High Density Fiberboard) ist.
