Abstract (en)
The bucket (10) has a bottom (11) terminated by a cutting edge (13) at an end and laterally prolonged by a vertical flank (15). The bottom has a rear junction edge (16) and a free edge (23). Synthetic material layers (24, 26, 27) are applied to an outer wall (20) of the bottom in vicinity of the cutting edge and on an outer wall (21) of the flank in vicinity of the junction edge and of the free edge. The layers are extended beyond protuberant ridges (30, 32, 33) of the cutting edge, the junction edge and the free edge by forming projecting edges (24A, 26A, 27A). The bottom and the flank are made of metallic material.

L'invention concerne un godet pour pelle mécanique, comprenant un fond (11) terminé à une extrémité (12) par un bord tranchant (13) et prolongé latéralement par deux flancs (14, 15) sensiblement verticaux, comportant un bord de jonction (16) avec le fond (11) et un bord libre (22, 23), le fond (11) et le flanc (14, 15) étant réalisés en un matériau métallique. Par ailleurs, une couche de matériau synthétique (24, 25, 26, 27) est appliquée sur une paroi externe (20) du fond (11) au moins au voisinage du bord tranchant (13) et sur une paroi externe (21) des flancs (14, 15), au moins au voisinage du bord de jonction (16) avec le fond (11) et du bord libre (22, 23), cette couche de matériau synthétique (24, 25, 26, 27) venant s'étendre, en formant un rebord saillant (24A, 25A, 26A, 27A) au-delà des arêtes saillantes (30, 31, 32, 33) dudit bord tranchant (13), du bord de jonction (16) et du bord libre (22, 23).
