Abstract (en)
The method involves making a hollow profile (2) with a hollow chamber (3) by utilizing an extrusion process. The hollow chamber is equipped with a wall, and a guide element (4) is allowed to run in an extrusion direction. A separate functional element (5) is slid into the hollow chamber of the extruded hollow profile section. The functional element is fed by the guide element according to a type of a groove spring. The guide element is utilized for fixing the functional element in a pushed position. The guide element is arranged with a dovetail geometry.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Hohlkammerprofils, insbesondere eines Fenster- oder Türhohlkammerprofils. Im Wege eines Extrusionsverfahrens wird ein Hohlprofil mit mindestens einer Hohlkammer hergestellt, wobei die Hohlkammerwandung mit mindestens einem in Extrusionsrichtung verlaufenden Führungselement ausgestattet wird. In die Hohlkammer des extrudierten Hohlkammerprofils wird mindestens ein separates Funktionselement eingeschoben, wobei das Funktionselement während dieses Einschubvorgangs von dem Führungselement geführt wird. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch ein entsprechend hergestelltes Hohlkammerprofil.
