[origin: EP2636908A2] The control unit has inlet orifice plates (26,28), and lower brake valves (30,32) that are associated with each actuator. The opening of lower brake valve is opened based on the supply pressure, so that pressure medium flow in return pipe is throttled when pulling the load. An individual pressure compensator (34) is associated with inlet orifice plates so that bypass flow of pressure fluid from load to tank is allowed by the lower brake valve and inlet orifice plate.
