Abstract (en)
The method involves assembling two components, and covering the components with an insulating material that comprises parylene or polymer. The insulating material at interfaces is removed to determine degree of freedom of assembly of components. Fine galvanic metallic expansion (5) is performed on released metal parts made of conductive material, where one of metal parts exhibit reduced plastic deformation. The insulating material is again removed. The metal is expanded with thickness more than two microns.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage d'un élément fragile sur une pièce métallique utilisant les étapes suivantes : a) assemblage des deux composants ; b) recouvrement des deux composants d'un matériau isolant ; c) enlèvement du matériau isolant aux interfaces qui déterminent les degrés de liberté de l'assemblage ; d) croissance métallique galvanique sur les parties métalliques libérées ; et e) enlèvement du matériau isolant. De même, la présente invention concerne une pièce de micromécanique, notamment de l'horlogerie, assemblée selon ce procédé.
