According to the invention, two pivot heads (13) project into the opening (21) formed in the arms (3) and respectively in the frame front, and the hinge knuckle (11) comprises two cam ways (18) about the auxiliary axis of pivoting (9) and on which the pivot heads (13) apply a compressive force against the deformation of the opening (21), of the pivot heads (13) or of the hinge knuckle (11) during the auxiliary pivoting (9) of the arms, the two cam ways (18) being delimited by two housings (12) extending along the main axis of pivoting (7) into which housing the pivot heads (13) become inserted in order to maintain a compressive force when the arms (3) pivot about the main axis (7).
