[origin: EP2638837A2] The device (01) has a bristleless cleaning head (02) comprising a base body (06) and multiple sheet-like or lamella-like cleaning elements (07), which are integrally formed with each other. An additional cleaning element (28) that is different from the other cleaning elements, is arranged at a convex portion of the head. The additional cleaning element is formed from two grooves (23) arranged in a convex end of the base body, where the convex end forms the convex portion of the head. A continuous cleaning surface i.e. working surface, or cleaning lip is formed by all cleaning elements.
