Abstract (en)
The bottom insert has a shaft of round shape, having a bottom portion (2). The duct inlet openings are provided in bottom portion in which a pump is arranged. The bottom portion is constructed as a sump pump by inclined wall portions. The fixing devices are provided for machine portions. The bottom insert is configured as a wall-forming lining element and is made of hemispherical formwork (1) with a flat, circular base portion. A vertical mounting wall (3) is formed in the pump sump. The bottom portion and vertical wall are stably fastened by the fixing device, to form stiffened angle. An independent claim is included for method for restoring manhole due to corrosion damage.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Bodeneinsatz für Schachtbauwerke, insbesondere Pumpstationen, wobei das Schachtbauwerk einen Schacht bestimmter Form, insbesondere runder Form, und Tiefe, und einen Bodenbereich aufweist, wobei in dem Schacht Einlassöffnungen vorgesehen sind, wobei im Bodenbereich mindestens eine Pumpe vorgesehen ist, wobei der Bodenbereich als Pumpensumpf ausgeführt ist, insbesondere durch schräge Wandteile, wobei der Bodeneinsatz als ein wandbildendes, auskleidendes Bauteil ausgeführt ist, wobei Befestigungsvorrichtungen für Maschinenteile vorgesehen sind, wobei der Bodeneinsatz aus einer verlorenen, nahezu halbkugelförmigen Schalung (1) mit einem ebenen, runden Bodenteil (2) besteht, wobei in dem Pumpensumpf eine vertikale Befestigungswand (3) ausgeführt ist, wobei das Bodenteil (2) und die vertikale Befestigungswand (3) einen stabilen, ausgesteiften Winkel darstellt, der die Befestigungsvorrichtung ausbildet.
