Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2012065206A2] The invention relates to an installation system (1) for fastening solar module frames onto primary rails (8 - 8'') located therebelow, wherein at least one T profile (15 - 15''') is formed on the upper side of a primary rail (8 - 8''), and wherein two opposite side parts of a solar module frame are formed by secondary rails(18, 18', 19, 19') having T grooves (20, 20', 21, 21') integrated on the lower side. It is essential in this case that, in the fitted state, the T profile (15 - 15''') of the corresponding primary rail (8 - 8'') extends with a clearance in a T groove (20, 20', 21, 21 ') and that spacers (22 - 22''', 23 - 23''') are placed between the T profiles (15 - 15''') and the T grooves such that the solar module frames are connected in a form-fitting manner without a clearance to the primary rails (8 - 8''). Furthermore, a method is provided for installing solar module frames onto primary rails (8 - 8'') located therebelow, the method comprising placing spacers (22 - 22''', 23 - 23''') between T profiles (15 - 15''') and T grooves extending with a clearance with respect to one another. This results in the provision of an installation system (1) or method for fastening solar module frames, which permits rapid, simple and secure installation of solar modules (2'', 2''') onto a substructure and which at the same time can be expanded arbitrarily and can be matched to the circumstances provided in situ in each case.
