The device has a processing plate holder (2) comprising a retainer (3) for releasable insertion of a processing plate (4). The plate holder comprises a grasp portion (14) for manual handling of the device. A support surface comprises a support portion (12) for resting on a surface side of a ski- or snowboard during processing of edges of the ski- or snowboard. The retainer is formed such that the processing plate is protruded above the support surface with a working portion for working on the edges, so that a processing surface of the working portion and the support surface span an angle. The processing plate is made of plastic i.e. polyamide, or metal and formed as a rasp.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein System zur Ausbildung einer Kantenbearbeitungsvorrichtung zum manuellen materialabtragenden Bearbeiten von Ski- und/oder Snowboardkanten, wobei das System eine erste Bearbeitungsplatte (4) sowie einen Bearbeitungsplattenhalter (2) mit einer Aufnahme (3) zum lösbaren Einsetzen der Bearbeitungsplatte (4) umfasst und wobei der Bearbeitungsplattenhalter (2) einen Griffabschnitt (14) zur manuellen Handhabung der Kantenbearbeitungsvorrichtung (2) aufweist sowie einen eine Auflagefläche (13) aufweisenden Auflageabschnitt (12) zur Auflage auf einer Flächenseite des Skis oder des Snowboards während der Bearbeitung, wobei die Aufnahme (3) derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Bearbeitungsplatte (4) die Auflagefläche (13) mit einem Arbeitsabschnitt (15) zum Bearbeiten der Kante überragt, so dass der Arbeitsabschnitt (15), insbesondere eine Bearbeitungsfläche (8) des Arbeitsabschnitts (15), und die Auflagefläche (13) einen Winkel (³) aufspannen. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass das System eine zweite Bearbeitungsplatte (4) umfasst, und dass sich ein Winkel (±) zwischen einer Bearbeitungsfläche (8) und einer von der Bearbeitungsfläche (8) abgewandten Rückseite (17) der ersten Bearbeitungsplatte (4) von dem entsprechenden Winkel (±) der zweiten Bearbeitungsplatte (4) unterscheidet.
