Abstract (en)
The overlap assembly has first and second plank portions (22,23) made of metal, which are provided with tread portions and through holes. A screw head of a safety screw (20) is connected to the through hole of first plank portion without plastic deformation. The safety screw is inserted into the through holes of the plank portions so that the plank portions are positively connected to each other. The plank portions are arranged one above the other such that tread portions of the plank portions partially overlap each other. An independent claim is included for scaffold.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Überlappungs-Anordnung von wenigstens zwei Laufplanken (22, 23), beispielsweise für ein Baugerüst (34). Sie umfasst eine erste Laufplanke (23) aus Metall und eine zweite Laufplanke (22) aus Metall. Jede Laufplanke (22, 23) weist eine Lauffläche (24, 25) aus Metallblech (84) auf, das mit im Wesentlichen runden Durchgangslöchern (27, 31) versehen ist, die jeweils von einem aufgewulsteten und umlaufenden Lochrand (28, 32) begrenzt sind. Die erste Laufplanke (23) und die zweite Laufplanke (22) sind mittels einer Sicherungsschraube (20) aus Metall gegen Verschieben relativ zueinander in einer parallel zu ihren Laufflächen (24, 25) verlaufenden Verschiebeebene (21) und gegen Abheben voneinander, wieder lösbar miteinander kraft- und formschlüssig spielfrei verspannt, wobei die Sicherungsschraube (20) mit ihrem Gewinde ohne eine plastische Deformation und ohne eine elastische Aufweitung des Lochrandes (32) eines Durchgangsloches (31) zumindest einer der Laufplanken (23) eingeschraubt ist.
