Abstract (en)
The injector (1) comprises a nozzle body (2), a retaining body (3) and a storage body (4), where the nozzle body engages at one side of the retaining body and serves to inject fuel into a cylinder of the internal combustion engine. The storage body engages at the other side of the retaining body and serves to provide an injector-individual fuel storage volume. The retaining body and the storage body are connected with each other in a bonded manner by rotational friction welding. The retaining body and the nozzle body are detachably connected with each other.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Injektor für eine Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine, nämlich für eine Common-Rail Kraftstoffversorgungsanlage einer Großdieselbrennkraftmaschine oder Schiffsdieselbrennkraftmaschine, mit einem Düsenkörper (2), einem Haltekörper (3) und einem Speicherkörper (4), wobei der Düsenkörper (2) an einer ersten Seite des Haltekörpers (3) angreift und der Kraftstoffeinspritzung in einen Zylinder der Brennkraftmaschine dient, wobei der Speicherkörper (4) an einer zweiten Seite des Haltekörpers (3) angreift und der Bereitstellung eines injektorindividuellen Kraftstoffspeichervolumens dient, und wobei der Haltekörper (3) und der Speicherkörper (4) stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind.
