Abstract (en)

The pump device has a high-pressure pump (5), a low-pressure pump (6), a common electric submersible motor (7) and an oil-containing housing (4) with a recirculation connection (8) for connecting a recirculation line (9). A low pressure-switching valve (U) and a check valve (R) are arranged inside the housing from the valve combination (V) and are connected, so that the delivery rate of the pumps are united in the housing interior to a single discharge outlet (13) of the housing, at which the system pressure relief valve (DB) mounted outside the housing is connected.

Bei einem Pumpenaggregat (A), mit einem eine Hochdruckpumpe (5) und eine Niederdruckpumpe (6) und einen elektrischen Unterölmotor (7) enthaltenden Gehäuse (1, 2, 4) mit einem an eine Rücklaufleitung (9) angeschlossenen Rücklaufanschluss (8) und einer zwischen getrennten Förderauslässen der Pumpen (5, 6) und einem Druckanschluss (P) montierten Ventilanordnung (V), die zumindest ein Niederdruck-Umschaltventil (U), ein die Förderströme der Pumpen (5, 6) vereinigendes Rückschlagventil (R), und ein Systemdruckbegrenzungsventil (DB) umfasst, sind von der Ventilkombination (V) zumindest das Niederdruck-Umschaltventil (U) und das Rückschlagventil (R) innen im Gehäuse (1, 2, 4) angeordnet und so verschaltet, dass die Förderströme der Pumpen (5, 6) bereits im Gehäuseinneren zu einem einzigen Druckauslass (13, P') des Gehäuses vereinigbar sind, an den das am Gehäuse außen montierte Systemdruckbegrenzungsventil (DB) angeschlossen ist.
