[origin: EP2642194A1] The elongated lamp comprises a base element (4), and a holding element (5) for holding the lamp on a ceiling or wall element (1). The holding element is movably mounted relative to the base element by a linear longitudinal guide unit, such that the holding element moves back and forth between a mounting position (M) and a holding position. The holding element has two arms. The former arm has a contact surface for contacting against a wall area of a receiving space, and the latter arm has another contact surface for contacting against another wall area of the receiving space. An independent claim is included for a system with a ceiling or wall element having a receiving space, and a lamp mounted on the ceiling or wall element.
