Said exterior paneling (8) has a plate element (9) which adjoins the heat insulating layer (7), the lateral edges thereof (13) being maintained in holding profiles (15) by lateral door frame strips (17). According to the invention, the holding profile (15) is formed directly on the front corner zones (16) of the door frame strips (17).
