Abstract (en)
The device has two legs interconnected at longitudinal edges in a right angle to form an L-section. One of the legs has two holes to retain screws, and the other leg has a hole to retain a pin-shaped fastening element e.g. nail. The screws penetrate into the former leg such that screw heads abut at the latter leg, and screw necks protrude out from the former leg and serve as support points for a board to be positioned. The legs have length of about 10 to 100 mm and 10 to 100 mm, width of about 5 to 20 mm and 10 to 50 mm, and thickness of about 1 to 3 mm and 1 to 3 mm, respectively. The screws are made of metal. An independent claim is also included for a kit comprising a fastening device.

Vorgeschlagen wird eine Befestigungsvorrichtung insbesondere für die Befestigung von Bilderrahmen, umfassend ein L-Profil mit zwei Schenkeln A und B sowie zwei Schrauben I und II, welche sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass (a) der Schenkel (A) des L-Profils eine Länge von 10 bis 100 mm, eine Breite von 5 bis 20 mm und Stärke von 1 bis 3 mm aufweist, (b) der Schenkel (B) des L-Profils eine Länge von 10 bis 100 mm, eine Breite von 10 bis 50 mm und eine Stärke von 01 bis 3 mm aufweist, (c) die Schenkel (A) und (B) über die Längskante miteinander in einem im Wesentlichen rechten Winkel verbunden sind und so das L-Profil bilden, (d) der Schenkel (A) zwei Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von zwei Schrauben I und II aufweist, (e) der Schenkel (B) mindestens eine Bohrung zur Aufnahme einer stiftförmigen Befestigungsvorrichtung aufweist, und (f) die beiden Schrauben I und II den Schenkel A in der Weise durchstoßen, dass die Schraubenköpfe am Schenkel B anliegen und die Schraubenhälse aus dem Schenkel A herausragen und als Auflagepunkte für den zu positionierenden Gegenstand dienen.
