Abstract (en)
The part (1) has a bottom section (2), a side wall portion (3) and a receiving space (4) for receiving a heat accumulator material e.g. phase change material such as paraffin. The receiving space receives and bounds the heat accumulator material on a granular carrier structure, where the granular carrier structure is made of inorganic material such as silicon dioxide. The receiving space comprises an additional insulating layer, where height of the receiving space is about 10-15 mm. A tension ring is formed at a lower side of the bottom section.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Speisegeschirrteil (1) bestehend aus wenigstens einem Bodenabschnitt (2) und einem Seitenwandabschnitt (3), wobei der Bodenabschnitt (2) und/oder der Seitenwandabschnitt (3) wenigstens einen Aufnahmeraum (4) zur Aufnahme eines Wärmespeichermaterials (5) aufweist. Besonders vorteilhaft ist in dem wenigstens einen Aufnahmeraum (4) ein auf einer granulären Trägerstruktur gebundenes Wärmespeichermaterial (5) aufgenommen.
