Abstract (en)
The method involves mutually synchronizing motor-blower-characteristic curve and size, shape and material of a filter bag and size and shape of a filter bag receiving chamber and inner diameter of a connecting piece for the filter bag and floor nozzle, such that an efficiency factor of 30 percent in the dust suction system during standard suction on a Wilton- type standard carpet is adjusted when emptying the filter bag. The standard suction is carried out according to the European standard 60312 and the Wilton-type standard carpet is provided corresponding to the standard. An air flow curve is determined initially from motor-blower characteristic curve and size, shape and material of the filter bag and size and shape of the filter bag receiving chamber, which is synchronized with floor nozzle. An efficiency factor of 20 percent is set after standard filling of the vacuum system with 400 gram DMT 8-standard dust.
