[origin: US2013320110A1] A spray gun with a gun body having a handle region and having a head which is equipped with a cartridge which has an angled, tubular region as an inlet for a material-conducting channel which runs through the cartridge and ends in an outlet region which is arranged at the front end of the head of the spray gun, wherein the inlet region of the cartridge is connected or is connectable to a storage container for the material to be sprayed, and wherein the cartridge preferably guides at least one material-conducting component of the spray gun. The cartridge is held fixedly, but releasably, on the head of the spray gun by means of a screw collar ring, wherein the screw collar ring is preferably supported on the cartridge and/or on or in the head of the spray gun by at least one mechanism.
