[origin: WO2012072677A2] The invention provides a solar-radiation receiver comprising a container with a wall and also comprising an interior space, enclosed by the wall, and a rotary-drive device, by means of which the container can be rotated about an axis of rotation, wherein the container has an axis which is oriented parallel, or at an acute angle, to the direction of gravitational force, wherein heat transfer medium can be channelled through the container to form a film of heat transfer medium on an inner side of the wall.
