Abstract (en)
The device has a folding turret comprising circumferentially distributed pockets for accommodating a blank (11) for a pack and pack contents (20). The blank to be transported is folded on the folding turret. The pockets are assigned as folding mechanisms for folding the folding flaps of the respective blank as supporting unit for the pack contents. The folding mechanisms provide a stop for the pack contents upon introduction into the respective pocket. The folding mechanisms are arranged with each other at the folding turret.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Packungen für Zigaretten, insbesondere des Typs Hinge-Lid, mit einem insbesondere taktweise drehend angetriebenen Faltrevolver (10), der über den Umfang verteilte Taschen (21) aufweist zur Aufnahme eines Zuschnitts (10) für eine Packung sowie eines Packungsinhalts (20), wobei der Zuschnitt (11) während des Transports auf dem Faltrevolver (10) gefaltet wird. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass den Taschen (21) Faltorgane (33) zugeordnet sind zum Falten von Faltlappen (32) des jeweiligen Zuschnitts (11) und zum Halten der gefalteten Faltlappen (32) in der Faltstellung während einer Drehung des Faltrevolvers (10).
