The element (10) has a board-shaped base body (12) including a shuttering side (14) provided with shuttering surfaces (21, 22) between which a receiving bead (20) is arranged and recessed with respect to the surfaces. The bead is covered by a grid-like cover element (30) e.g. rail, on the body. A receiving space (24) is enclosed in which a sealing/joint tape (18) is arranged in a protected manner. The space is opened for exposing the tape. The cover element is designed as a film, textile or grid which is torn open for opening the space on the body and for exposing the tape. The receiving space is filled with a flowable or pourable filling material selected from a group consisting of gel, granulated material and sand or gravel. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a trench wall (2) a method for producing a trench wall in a ground from vertical trench wall segments.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schalungselement für eine Schlitzwand und ein Verfahren zum Herstellen der Schlitzwand. Zum Bilden der Schlitzwand im Boden wird zunächst ein erster Schlitz erstellt, welcher mit einer aushärtbaren Masse zum Bilden eines ersten Schlitzwandsegmentes (1) befüllt wird. Nach dem Erstellen des ersten Schlitzes und vor einem Aushärten einer eingefüllten Masse zum ersten Schlitzwandsegment wird an zumindest einer Stirnseite des ersten Schlitzes ein Schalungselement angeordnet. Das Schalungselement weist einen bohlenförmigen Grundkörper (12) auf, welcher eine erste Schalungsfläche (21) und eine zweite Schalungsfläche (22) umfasst, zwischen denen eine gegenüber den beiden Schalungsflächen rückspringende Aufnahmesicke (20) angeordnet ist. In der Aufnahmesicke ist ein Dichtungsband (18) angeordnet, welches sich entlang dem Grundkörper (12) erstreckt. Die Aufnahmesicke (20) ist von einem Deckelement (30) abgedeckt, wobei ein Aufnahmeraum (24) umschlossen ist, in welchem das Dichtungsband (18) angeordnet ist.
