Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2647909A1] The lamp has a lamp housing (2) and a transparent cover (3), which defines a hollow space filled with a fluid, particularly with air. An inner side of the lamp housing is curved, where the inner side partially limits the hollow space. A carrier (5) for an illuminant is received in the hollow space. The carrier is arranged within the hollow space such that heat is dissipated by convection of the fluid partially to the inside of the lamp housing. The carrier is formed as a carrier plate.
