[origin: EP2648488A1] The LED light (100) has an LED (101), and a communication interface (120) with a power over Ethernet (PoE) cable (114). An electronic processing unit (110) collects data relating to the operation of the LED, where the light is supplied with power via the PoE cable, and includes an autonomous power source (115). The communication interface collects data from a domestic sensor, where the electronic processing unit collects and archives the data collected from the domestic sensor, and detects faulty operations from the collected data. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a domestic electrical installation (2) a method for controlling the domestic electrical installation.
