[origin: WO2012076776A1] The apparatus includes a housing (1) having a cover (2), said housing receiving a module (M) that accommodates the strip of precut material. Said module is set up with a transverse backing plate (6) and a flap (5) that is pivotably mounted relative to said module and to the backing plate (6) while being placed in front of said backing plate and facing the front inner surface of the cover in order to enable the strip of material to pass therethrough. A transverse drawback bar is placed in the lower portion of the cover between the side flanges thereof. The flap (5) has at least one notch (5.2), making it possible to take the strip of material, and at least one very long groove (5.3) placed within an angular plane from the lower edge of the flap. Said groove defines a placement area for at least one rib formed in a complementary configuration on the cover while penetrating into said groove when the cover is closed. The cover has at least one rib, fitting into the groove formed on the flap, and at least one notch for the strip of material to pass therethrough. The rib or ribs formed on the cover have a water drop configuration with a gradual height starting from inside the cover and leading to the lower end of the latter. Said apparatus is characterized in that the rib or ribs have, in the upper portion thereof, a rounded shape (2.6) that has the function of enabling the precut material of a given size to be separable from the rest of the strip of material.
