Abstract (en)
Portion-wise refining of a metal product (1), preferably steel, aluminum or copper, comprises performing a controlled heating of a first portion (11) of the metal product via a thermal treatment station (2) to obtain desired material properties; and tempering a surface of the metal product via a surface treatment station (3), where a second portion (12) of the metal-product is present in the surface treatment station, when the first portion of the metal-product is present in the thermal treatment station. An independent claim is also included for a treatment section for finishing the metal product, comprising a heat treatment station, and a surface treatment station, where the heat treatment station and the surface treatment station are arranged at each other such that a first portion of the metal product is present in the thermal treatment station, and a second portion of the metal product is present at the surface treatment station.
Abstract (de)
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Behandlungsstrecke (10) zum abschnittsweisen Veredeln eines Metallprodukts (1). Dabei wird ein erster Abschnitt (11) des Metallprodukts durch eine thermische Behandlungsstation (2) geführt, in der ein kontrolliertes Aufheizen des Metallprodukts zum Bedingen erwünschter Materialeigenschaften erfolgt. Weiterhin wird der erste Abschnitt (11) des Metallprodukts durch eine Oberflächenbehandlungsstation (3) geführt, in der ein Vergüten einer Oberfläche des Metallprodukts erfolgt. Zu einem Zeitpunkt, zu dem sich der erste Abschnitt (11) des Metallprodukts in der thermischen Behandlungsstation (2) befindet, ist ein zweiter Abschnitt (12) des Metallprodukts in der Oberflächenbehandlungsstation (3).
