Platinum alloy comprises platinum (93-97 wt.%) and gold (1-4 wt.%). The alloy further comprises indium (1-4 wt.%), where the proportions of platinum, indium and gold, apart from impurities accounts to 100 wt.%.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Platinlegierung, die 93 bis 97 Gew.-% Platin und Gold enthält. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass der Goldanteil zwischen 1 bis 4 Gew.-% beträgt, und dass die Legierung des weiteren 1 bis 4 Gew.-% Indium enthält, wobei sich die Anteile von Platin, Indium und Gold, von Verunreinigungen abgesehen, zu 100 Gew.-% ergänzen.
