[origin: WO2012080190A1] The invention relates to a method for completely filling a cavity, in particular a blister of a blister packaging, with a liquid, and to a semifinished product for use in such a method. The invention relates to a method for filling at least one cavity (11), in particular a blister of a blister packaging, with a liquid (F) and comprises at least the following steps: partially filling (S1) a cavity (10) of a semifinished product (1) containing at least two cavities (10, 11) with the liquid (F); covering (S2) the semifinished product (1) at least in some areas in such a way that liquid (F) cannot escape from the semifinished product (1); and displacing (S4) at least part of the liquid (F) out of the already partially filled cavity (10) in such a way that at least one other cavity (11) is completely filled by a part of the displaced liquid and another part of the displaced liquid at least partially fills at least one overflow (12). The method makes it possible to completely fill a cavity (11) in a simple manner without inclusion of air, which can be required for various applications. The invention further relates to a semifinished product (1) for use in such a method.
