[origin: WO2012080441A1] A lubricating composition comprising a base oil blend and one or more additives wherein the base oil blend comprises : a distillate naphthenic base oil having a saturates content as measured by IP368 of greater than 92wt% and comprising less than 10ppm of sulphur; and a Fischer-Tropsch derived base oil. The lubricating composition of the present invention exhibits improved detergency and engine cleanliness properties.
