[origin: EP2653625A1] The element (1) has floor plate (11) that is provided with elongated insulating structure (5) and extended along longitudinal direction through reinforcing rods (7) and side walls of insulating structure. A projecting bearing (6) is provided to receive pressure and shear forces. The insulating structure is provided with dimensionally stable structure (3) and filled with insulating material. The medium box is arranged between upper box (2) and lower box (4). The upper box and lower box are fixedly connected with each other.
