Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2012084316A1] The invention relates to an electric hand tool, in particular a rotary hammer, having a housing (12, 32) which encloses at least one drive unit (42, 44) having a drive shaft (46, 48) and a pinion (60, 62) arranged in an end region (58) of the drive shaft (46, 48), and a gearing arrangement (68) having an input gear (66) which forms angular gearing (73) with the pinion (60, 62) and by way of which a rotary movement of the drive shaft (46, 48) can be converted into at least one movement, preferably into at least one oscillating movement, of a usage unit (79) having a tool holder (20) for preferably releasable connection to a tool. It is proposed that the input gear (66) carries crown-gear toothing (64) which meshes with the pinion (60, 62), wherein an input shaft of the input gear (66) encloses an angle W1 of between 30° and 80°, preferably between 50° and 70°, with the drive shaft (46, 48), and has a transmission ratio IW between a rotational speed NR of the pinion (60, 62) and a rotational speed NE of the input gear (66) in the range between 2 and 8, preferably between 2.5 and 7.
