Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2012087259A2] The present invention is related to the isolation and building materials, applied on surfaces of the structures, floors, interior and exterior facades of the buildings and installations, that prevent temperature variations, that are inflammable and have sound insulation features and save time and labour due to their easy installation, and to a process/method for manufacturing these materials. The present invention is including the isolation and building materials which consist of expanded perlite aggregates (1), pumice and/or expanded vermiculate aggregates (2), chopped glass fiber (3), water (4), bentonite (5), gel formed and intumescent substances (6), hydrated lime and/or cement and/or gypsum (7), borax pentahydrate Na2B4O7 5H2O (Tincal konite) (8), paraffin-based water repellents and/or agents preventing water and moisture impregnation (9).
