Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2012085384A1] The invention relates to human-machine interface for a vehicle, including a touch control surface (5) enabling a user to activate different icons (61 to 66), from icon sets displayed on a page of a screen (6), for a plurality of icon sets corresponding to different levels in a menu tree. The human-machine interface is structured such that: each icon (61 to 66) of an icon set can be activated by simply sliding a portion of the hand of a user over the touch control surface (5); the different icons (61 to 66) of an icon set correspond to different areas for orienting the direction of said sliding; and the different icons (61 to 66) of an icon set can only be activated when said icon set is displayed on the page of the screen (6).
