Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2657023A1] The press (2) has a print unit (8), and printing towers (4) that are aligned according to a longitudinal direction, where each tower has a frame (20) that is fixed with regard to the ground, and a set of lifts e.g. intermediate lift (24), that is designed for displacement of people. The intermediate lift designed for displacement of people is movable vertically in an intermediate space between two adjacent printing towers. The intermediate lift serves the printing towers between which the intermediate lift is placed. An end lift (30) is movable vertically along the printing tower. The print unit prints colors such as cyan, magenta, yellow and black.
