Abstract (en)
The apparatus has a transport device (4) for conveying isolated folded products (2), and another transport device (8) for conveying the products after a turning device (6). A locking device (10) comprises a dispenser (56) for dispensing adhesive labels. Upper and lower rubber lips and a lower envelope strip envelope folding portions of the labels on top and bottom faces of the products. The dispenser is provided in a discharging position in a passageway of the products. Front edges of the products are provided with the labels in a conveyance direction of the latter transport device. An independent claim is also included for a method for handling folded products.

Die Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten von Falzprodukten (2) umfasst eine erste Transportvorrichtung (4) zum Fördern von vereinzelten Falzprodukten (2), eine Wendevorrichtung (6) zum Wenden eines jeden Falzprodukts (2), eine zweite Transportvorrichtung (8) zum Fördern der Falzprodukte (2) nach der Wendevorrichtung (6) und eine Verschließvorrichtung (10) für die Falzprodukte (2) mittels Klebeetiketten (58). Die Wendevorrichtung (6) umfasst eine Anschlaglasche (40) zur Aufnahme der von der ersten Transportvorrichtung (4) geförderten Falzprodukte (2), ein bewegbares Schwert (46) und ein Paar von gegensinnig angetriebenen Arbeitswalzen (48, 50), die zwischen sich einen Durchtrittsspalt für die Falzprodukte (2) bilden. Die Klebeetiketten (58) werden auf die in Förderrichtung der zweiten Transportvorrichtung (8) vorderen Flanken der gewendeten Falzprodukte (2) aufgebracht.
