The device (35) has an axially symmetrical installation element (19) including a fixing unit for fixing in a receiving opening (20) in a wall (21) of a sanitary ceramic (2) e.g. water closet, and an inclined plane. The inclined plane cooperates with adjustable bolts (15) of two mounting plates (1) such that the sanitary ceramic is clamped against the wall. The mounting plates are connected with each other by a bracket, and the installation element comprises a snapping unit for defining the receiving opening of the sanitary ceramic. An independent claim is also included for a mounting arrangement.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsanordnung (36) mit einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (35) zur Befestigung einer Sanitärkeramik (2), insbesondere eines WC, mit einer an einer Wand (3) befestigbaren Halterung (1), wobei die Halterung (1) einen parallel zur Anlageebene (6) verstellbaren Bolzen (15) aufweist. Um eine derartige Befestigung dahingehend zu verbessern, dass sie keine von oben sichtbare Öffnung in der Sanitärkeramik (2) erfordert, schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass die Befestigungsvorrichtung (35) ein Anlageelement (19) aufweist, das Mittel (27) zum Festlegen in einer Aufnahmeöffnung (20) in einer Wandung (21) der Sanitärkeramik (2) und eine Schrägfläche (34) aufweist, die mit dem Bolzen (15) derart zusammenwirkt, dass die Sanitärkeramik (2) gegen die Wand (3) spannbar ist.
