[origin: WO2012089694A1] In a wheeled walking aid composed of two side parts (1a, 1b), each having a lower longitudinal beam (2a, 2b) with holders (3a, 3b; 5a, 5b) mounted thereon with bearings (4a, 4b; 6a, 6b) for at least one front arrangement (7a, 7b) and rear wheel arrangements (8a, 8b), a height adjustment profile (19a, 19b) with an inserted support bar (9a, 9b), or a support bar (9a, 9b) on its own, is provided on a respective longitudinal beam (2a, 2b), each of which support bars (9a, 9b) has, at the upper end, a rearwardly extending handle (10a, 10b), the two side parts (1a, 1b) being connected to each other via a collapsible strut system (11). The height adjustment profiles (19a, 19b), or the support bars (9a, 9b) on their own, are arranged foldably on the lower longitudinal beam (2a, 2b) in the longitudinal direction and can be brought from an upwardly extending deployment position to a stowage position extending substantially parallel to the longitudinal beam (2a, 2b), the lower ends of the height adjustment profiles (19a, 19b), or the support bars (9a, 9b) on their own, being lifted off the longitudinal beams (2a, 2b).
