Abstract (en)

[origin: EP2468954A1] The method involves supporting and positioning a pre-fabricated track section on a substructure (1) by using a supporting and leveling device, where the substructure is made from reinforced concrete. The track section is provided with running rails and bedplate blocks (5). A trackway plate (10) is manufacturing by grouting the bedplate blocks. A part of the bedplate blocks and the rails projecting from the plate is delimited by a release agent. An escape route (12) is formed on the plate by casting. The supporting and leveling device is removed before the casting of the route. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a fixed trackway comprising a drainage pipe (2) a release agent for executing a method for manufacturing a trackway.
