[origin: WO2012089959A1] The invention relates to a method for constructing a graph representing the plan of a building (BAT) in which a person (U) is moving. According to the invention, the method is suitable for receiving information related to the movement of said person in the building during a span of time. Said information is collected and transmitted by a portable device (D) associated with said person (U) and is intended for constructing at least one branch of the graph from the received movement information. The invention also relates to a method for remotely tracking the activity of a person in a building on the basis of the constructed graph. The invention further relates to a server (S) implementing the method for constructing a graph.
