[origin: EP2659823A2] The vacuum cleaner (100) has to-be-cooled component (110) such as triac component, and secondary air channel (120). The secondary air channel is extended in the air flow direction from an opening in the housing of the vacuum cleaner over to-be-cooled component to main air channel (102) or to blower (104). The constriction portion (130) is arranged and designed so that an air stream flowing through the constriction portion is aligned in the direction of the to-be-cooled component during operation of the vacuum cleaner.
