Abstract (en)
The vehicle (1) has an engine compartment (3) and a passenger compartment (4) arranged inside a body (2), where the compartments are separated from one another by a firewall (5) extending transversely between two side walls (2a, 2b) of the body and vertically between a top wall and a floor of the body. The firewall rests directly or indirectly on the side walls, where the firewall includes an arched profile with the convexity facing towards the engine compartment. The firewall includes a central part having an arched profile prolonged on both sides of the central part by plane wings.

L'invention a pour objet un véhicule blindé (1) comprenant une caisse (2) à l'intérieur de laquelle sont aménagés un compartiment moteur (3) et un habitacle (4) séparés l'un de l'autre par une cloison pare-feu (5) s'étendant transversalement entre deux parois latérales (2a,2b) de la caisse du véhicule et verticalement entre une paroi supérieure et un plancher de la caisse. Ce véhicule est caractérisé en ce que la cloison pare-feu (5) est en appui, directement ou indirectement, sur les parois latérales (2a,2b) et présente un profil voûté dont la convexité est orientée vers le compartiment moteur (3).
