[origin: WO2012093035A1] The invention relates to a diffuser (1) of a hairdryer (2). It is essential to the invention that the diffuser (1) has air outlet openings (3) at the bottom, said openings facing the hairdryer (2), and the diffuser is designed such that an air current (4) that circulates in the diffuser (1) is generated when operating the hairdryer (2). The air current sucks hair (5) into the diffuser (1) and exits the diffuser (1) substantially via the air outlet openings (3) at the bottom.
