[origin: WO2012126927A1] The invention relates to a resin, particularly an epoxy resin, vinyl ester resin, cyanate ester resin or unsaturated polyester resin, or resin systems. In order to increase the hydrolytic stability of said resin or resin system with regard to water vapour, said resin or resin system contains a protector additive which allows the resistance of the resin to be increased in water vapour. Moreover, the invention relates to a fibre composite material which comprises such a resin or resin system, and additionally relates to a component consisting wholly or partially of such a fibre composite material.
